At Rockaway Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is defective or does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring media like vinyl records are protected from warping or transit damage.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
