"VAN GELDER" and "STEREO" stamped, and "P" ("ear") etched in trail-off area. "43 West 61st St., New York 23" address and "Printed in U.S.A." on back cover. Light tattering along top and bottom seams. All four corners varying degrees of "pushed" and "balding".
